Breitbart News: 'Powerhouse' Law Firm Asks Judge to Dismiss DOJ Election Integrity Lawsuit Against Georgia

Schaerr l Jaffe LLP was mentioned in a news article published in Breitbart News on Thursday, July 29th regarding its work for the state of Georgia's Election Integrity Act (SB 202).

Schaerr l Jaffe attorneys Gene Schaerr, Erik Jaffe and Chris Bartolomucci are assisting Georgia in asking a federal court to dismiss the Department of Justice lawsuit alleging the state's 2021 Election Integrity Act violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which prohibits racial discrimination.
