On Friday, March 22, 2019, Schaerr-Jaffe LLP partner Erik Jaffe was interviewed for NBC Nightly News about his work on behalf of gun owners, appealing the Trump administration's ban on bump stocks.

 "The government is just wrong to focus on the behavior of the person rather than the function of the trigger," Jaffe told NBC's Pete Williams.  "Function of the trigger means the trigger, not the shooter."
