10th Circuit Rules for Church, News Article Quotes Schaerr

On August 31, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit affirmed the dismissal of a suit against The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints over its tithing practices and policies. Schaerr | Jaffe filed an amicus brief in the case on behalf of ten religious organizations in support of the church.
