Chris Bartolomucci Presents Oral Argument in the Supreme Court of Virginia

On October 14, 2025, partner H. Christopher Bartolomucci presented oral argument in the Supreme Court of Virginia in a case about the appealability of zoning determinations and involving the interplay between Virginia’s Fair Housing Law and the Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance.  Chris argued that the Supreme Court should grant the Petition for Appeal in Kozikowski v. Monroe RE, LLC, No. 250177.
