Dr. Sohan Dasgupta Will Speak at Federalist Society Event

Schaerr l Jaffe attorney Dr. Sohan Dasgupta will be a featured speaker at the George Mason Student Chapter’s Federalist Society event on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm.  

Dr. Dasgupta, who formerly served as Deputy General Counsel of the Department of Homeland Security under the Trump administration, will be joined by Professor James Stern, a former Deputy General of the Treasury.  They will be discussing the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States, Foreign Transactions and Judicial Review.
