Schaerr | Jaffe Attorneys File Two Amicus Briefs in Important Business Case
On July 24 Schaerr | Jaffe attorneys filed two amicus briefs in the Loper Bright Enterprises, et al. v. Gina Raimondo, Secretary of Commerce, et al case.
