A search of the number of cases docketed during the U.S. Supreme Court’s October 2025 term in which a litigation boutique firm filed a brief or petition shows that Schaerr | Jaffe was the second most active of the ten most active boutiques:

Perhaps that is not surprising since over 20% of the attorneys at Schaerr | Jaffe have clerked at the Supreme Court, and five of the firm’s attorneys have argued cases there, with another case to be argued this fall.
