Schaerr | Jaffe second most active litigation boutique at the U.S. Supreme Court

A search of the number of cases where a litigation boutique filed a brief or petition at U.S. Supreme court during the October 2025 term shows that Schaerr | Jaffe was the second most active of the ten most active firms:

Perhaps that is not surprising since one out of every five attorneys at Schaerr | Jaffe have clerked at the Supreme Court, and three of firm’s attorneys have argued cases there, with another case scheduled to be argued this fall.
