Schaerr | Jaffe Secures Win for Client in Texas Supreme Court

Today the Supreme Court of Texas decided an appeal in favor of Schaerr | Jaffe client Schindler Elevator Corporation, granting a new trial in a case involving an alleged elevator incident at a Beaumont hotel.
