Supreme Court Grants Certiorari in International Partners for Ethical Care v. Ferguson

The U.S. Supreme Court has granted certiorari in International Partners for Ethical Care, Inc. v. Ferguson, a case that will be argued by Schaerr Jaffe. The Court agreed to hear the landmark case involving the question of whether parents of gender-confused children have standing to challenge runaway laws in Washington that treat kids seeking “gender-affirming treatment” legally the same as children of abusive or neglectful parents.

Schaerr Jaffe is working with co-counsel America First Legal on this case.
